Variation and acquittal forms
Variations, acquittals and copyright agreements
Any proposed variation to a successful application must be approved by the Festivals Australia Committee. The following Variation Form must be completed and returned to the Department prior to the variation taking place. Formal notification of the variation approval must be received from the Department before changes can be undertaken.
In order to meet all contractual obligations, successful applicants have three months from the end date of their festival to acquit their funded project by completing the Activity Report and Acquittal Form provided below.
Please note, failure to provide a completed acquittal may result in future applications being deemed ineligible. Acquittals not submitted on time will also be taken into account in considering future applications.
